Paxeer does not charge evaluation fees, monthly fees, or platform fees. Paxeer does not hold, custody, or have direct access to user assets. All funded accounts operate through smart contracts on blockchain networks, providing transparent, immutable records of all trading activity. Traders maintain non-custodial control of their allocated capital within the parameters of the trading agreement.
Available Trading Instruments: Paxeer users may have access to various asset classes depending on their account level and platform integration, including but not limited to: cryptocurrencies (spot and perpetual contracts), tokenized stocks and indices, commodities, forex pairs, and other blockchain-based financial instruments. The availability of specific instruments may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Traders are prohibited from engaging in wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any form of market manipulation. Paxeer reserves the right to review all trading activity for compliance.
Evaluation Process Disclaimer: Paxeer's evaluation process is designed to assess trading skill, risk management, and consistency. Evaluations may include both simulated and live trading environments on blockchain networks. Simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike actual performance records, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may have under- or over-compensated for certain market factors such as liquidity constraints, slippage, or network congestion. Simulated trading programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight. Simulated trading does not involve financial risk in the same manner as live trading, and no simulated trading record can completely account for the psychological impact of actual capital at risk. Prohibited Conduct includes but is not limited to: exploiting system vulnerabilities, wash trading, spoofing, layering, using unauthorized trading bots or automation, sharing accounts, coordinating with other traders to manipulate results, or any activity that violates the spirit of fair trading evaluation. If Paxeer identifies Prohibited Conduct, it reserves the right to: invalidate trades, forfeit profits, reset or terminate accounts, suspend or permanently ban traders from the platform, and pursue legal remedies where applicable. All determinations are made at Paxeer's sole discretion.
No Custody or Asset Holding: Paxeer does not hold, custody, or have access to user funds outside of allocated trading capital within smart contracts. Traders retain self-custody of their personal assets. Trading capital allocations are provided through decentralized liquidity pools and governed by transparent smart contracts. All profit distributions are processed on-chain and subject to the terms of each specific trading agreement. Paxeer cannot reverse, modify, or interfere with on-chain transactions once confirmed.
Market Data and System Risks: Market data, price feeds, and similar information are provided by third-party oracles and data providers. Paxeer does not prepare, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of market data and makes no representations or warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
